Orthothic Works / Good Feet has agreements with many Health Insurance companies
in Australia, the majority of patients should be able to claim with our receipt which
is issued at the completion of the manufacture of your custom made
orthotic.
Providing that you have coverage for Orthotic private health
insurance normally falls into three categories.
1. Simply present your receipt to your health insurance
company for a rebate using our provider number, some health
Insurance companies may require you to see our podiatrist to
claim.
2. You may require a referral or prescription from
a GP, Chiropractor for a custom made Orthotic. We recommend that the
referral just requests a Custom Made Orthotic.
3. And last there is a limited amount of Health Insurance
companies that will not pay on our service. mainly: HCF.
